Covid-19 We’re Still Delivering Safely To Our Customers
We hope you are doing ok in these new and uncertain times.
In light of the recent Covid-19 outbreak we wanted to let you know about some of the changes we have made within our working environment to keep our staff safe and ensure we can continue to deliver rugs to our valued customers in a safe and timely manner.
We are a small family business and as such we have been able to act quickly to ensure:
All office staff who can work from home are doing so
We have split the dispatching team into two shifts to ensure everyone can remain the safe recommended distance apart and have split all shared utility areas to allow staff to continue to comfortably and safely use staff facilities
We have engaged an expert industrial cleaning company to sanitize the building on a nightly basis to
Extra handwashing and use of sanitizer
Thanks to our fantastic team we are still dispatching all goods and answering all messages and calls at our usual fast pace and we will endeavour to do this for as long as is safely possible.
You may experience some delivery delays due to courier delays but we will keep you informed if we expect this to be the case.
We will continue to follow government guidelines, review the situation daily and advise you of any changes as they happen.
Should your order face a delay at any point, and you don't feel you can wait for your order, you can cancel or request a refund at any time.
